Cory and Angel are a cool couple that are actually from Chicago. They are both over in Cape Town doing some human rights and voluntary work helping out the disadvantaged of South Africa and also refugees that have suffered from recent social issues in South Africa. It was such a pleasure to get to know them. They have been together for a few years now and decided that they wanted to marry by our beautiful ocean. I helped them to organize their wedding at the 12 Apostles hotel near Camps Bay. It was my first wedding were Michelle (WSS 1st assistant) and I were the only guests. Cory and Angel said they really wanted to have the photography tell a story of were they were (Cape Town). I picked them up from their apartment on Bree street and drove them to the 12 Apostles were Angel had her make up done. We had exactly 1.5 hours from the time her make up was done until the ceremony. So we all jumped into my car and we did a mad dash around Cape Town so that I could get some great imagery that shows some of our most beautiful city. I could put so many more images on the blog site, but Im trying to keep it to just a few images per job. Check out the sunset image at the end. Now that’s the way to the knot!!
