Kristen and John were married recently in Paarl. It was a morning wedding and the sun was out in full force. Its summer after all, and Paarl is like 100 degrees hotter than Cape Town. I love working when it is boiling…..
Anyway, I have got to know John and Kristen quite well over the last year, and have to admit they have become more like friends than clients. But then again, I hope all my clients are my friends.
K & J did something at the wedding I don’t remember ever seeing before and it was quite amazing. Every guest had an envelope at their table with a personalized note reminding each and every person of the special friendship that they had and thanked them for their friendship and attendance. Even I got one!!
Also, it was so nice to make some new friends at their wedding. Its days like this that make me ponder my future, or I guess just the future in general!!
